Oroseon connects capital, technology and real asset opportunities, structuring them into investment, projects and transactions.
Sustainable cities. Built environment. Infrastructure-adjacent platforms.
We combine strategic partnerships, deal origination and commercial analysis, reading how climate risk and shifting regulation are moving asset values.

International Markets
Cross-border opportunities, market entry strategies and transactions across the UK, Europe, the Gulf and Asia-Pacific.
Approach
02The built environment transition is ultimately a capital formation challenge. Capital is available; what’s scarce is bankable projects. Planning horizons typically run longer than that capital is prepared to wait, and the capital moves to markets that time it better. Cities become investable when planning, risk and capital connect early enough to close that gap, turning fragmented initiatives into projects capital will fund.
Oroseon works across three linked roles: building the strategic partnerships behind an opportunity, moving a deal from early talks to a signed agreement, and reading how market and regulatory change affects its value. Technology providers, developers and capital typically each own one part of the real asset lifecycle. It’s the seam between them where opportunities stall.
Partnerships & Strategy
Building the relationships and commercial plan that shape an opportunity before it’s ready for capital: which markets to enter, which partners to bring in, and how a concept becomes something an investor can act on. Cross-border experience counts here: aligning developers, technology partners and capital around a shared plan, not just an introduction.
Origination & Deal Development
Sourcing the opportunity and developing it towards a transaction, from first conversation through to signed terms. This includes negotiating partnership and capital terms, and bringing the right parties together to progress the transaction, not simply making introductions and stepping back.
Commercial Analysis
Reading how timing and regulatory change, particularly the shift in carbon regulation, energy transition and climate risk, move a real asset’s commercial value. This is market and commercial analysis grounded in direct asset experience, not a substitute for formal valuation or investment advice.
Who We Work With
03For a developer
We find the right investor or partner earlier in the process, before the opportunity is fully shaped and the terms are set.
For a family office or institutional investor
We bring real asset opportunities that have already been assessed and reviewed, and share new opportunities as they’re originated.
For a government or public-private initiative
We help a venture or programme move from plan towards delivery, bringing in the partnerships and capital that can back it.
For a climate-tech or clean-energy company
We connect the technology to the real asset opportunity, identifying where it applies, and to the partners and capital that can take it to market.
We also support asset managers, institutional funds and innovation districts looking to originate, structure or scale a real asset opportunity.
How We Think
04Oroseon (Oros Eon) brings together two essential dimensions: place and time. We do not look at real assets, cities, and infrastructure simply as static line items or short-term financial investments. Instead, we see them as physical places and interconnected systems that must create lasting, structural value.
Founded by Claire Grindey MRICS, Oroseon is grounded in 15+ years of real asset and transaction experience, with an understanding of the physical asset from origination and development through investment, delivery and long-term operation. That includes being part of the founding team of an international payments platform, and mentoring high-growth ventures at Level39: first-hand experience of how technology ventures scale, directly relevant to the infrastructure-adjacent platforms Oroseon works with.
Cities are built in layers: structure that lasts, systems that connect, and capital that moves early.
